Today's New Technology

All the technological advances we see in today's society can be considered some of the most, if not the most, impressive of all of man made creations. In 1953 Remigton-Rand revolutionized the word of technology by developing the first high-speed printer. The release of the first printer served as a turning point in our society. Its unique advances continues to amuse people of the 21st century. In 2010 the release of the first 3D printer revolutionized the world we now live in. This new technological device is pretty much able to duplicate about anything. Though a printer of such capacity can bring many benefits it can also become a hazard when put in the wrong hands. The creation and future renovations to this device will completely shift the world we live in. Since a machine is now able to reproduce about anything, the need for human labor my drastically change. Many are concerned with the availability of 3D printers in the market due to its dangers and ability to replace manual labor. On the other hand, others are intrigued and fascinated by the ability of a machine to instantly duplicate anything from a simple object to a very intricate device. So, what do you think, are these 3D printers a benefit or hazard to the world we live in?
